We print direct to PVC foam board in high resolution for sharp text and vibrant colour, available in 3mm, 5mm or 10mm and single- or double-sided. Ideal for retail signage, POS panels, menus, wayfinding and exhibition boards, square cut Foamex mounts easily with tape, screws or stand-offs and delivers durable, budget-friendly branding.

Cut to Shape Foamex Printing

Stand out with cut to shape Foamex for logos, arrows, product silhouettes and branded standees. Produced to your vector path for smooth contour cut (conour cut) edges, we print on 3mm, 5mm or 10mm PVC board using UV inks for long-lasting colour. Available single- or double-sided, these lightweight, durable custom shapes grab attention in retail, events and exhibitions while remaining quick to install.

Artwork Templates

Set your artwork to the exact finished board size (1:1). For very large panels you can supply at 25% scale, just note the scale in the file.
Add 5 mm bleed on all sides (square cut). For cut to shape, add 5 mm bleed around the vector cut path.
